Movember
December 10, 2009
Movember is described as a mustache growing charity event held in the month of November each year to raise awareness for men’s health. Having a bit of a personal connection to the cause I decided to volunteer my photographic skills last weekend at the Rackhouse Pub in Denver. Beard and mustache trimming at a bar. Sure. Try doing that in July and you might get a couple of looks. Fun event great cause. Have a look at www.movember.com to see for yourself.

Colorado State Cyclocross
December 7, 2009
That’s all for Colorado’s cyclocross season for 2009. One more post before I move onto another part of the Colorado Cycling Culture project. Bet you’re glad, right? So cold,so very cold it was on Saturday in Arvada. Not cold enough apparently to stop these amazing men and women from riding their bikes. Thanks for having me everyone. Cheers.

Bird walk
December 3, 2009
Ever have one of those “wish you had your camera with you” moments? I’ve had that happen too much in my life which is why I bring mine everywhere. After listening to photographer Jay Maisel speak this further solidified that belief. Here’s my moment. This fantastic lady is German and walks her bird everyday in this box. Fantastic.
