Opening day in Colorado’s high country. Last year I had the distinct pleasure of catching opening day action. Loveland, the very first to open in North America, beat it’s neighbor over the pass Arapahoe Basin. This rowdy crew waited in the parking lot all night to successfully secure their first chair status. SKI Magazine picked up my image for a double-truck in their Fall 2010 issue. Here’s to large quantities of snow in the mountains this season.
